examples of broadreach work

  • Implemented a national USAID funded HIV/AIDS treatment program in South Africa leveraging private sector doctors and a comprehensive disease management program to provide life-saving care and treatment to patients who do not have access to health services
  • Designed an innovative social insurance model utilizing contributions from a large multinational as well as from small and medium enterprises to pay the insurance premiums for employees on ART
  • Developed and implemented a Public-Private Partnership in Western Province (Kenya) to train private healthcare providers and to create referral linkages with government health facilities
  • Serve as key advisor to USAID through AIDSTAR-One, providing educational materials, research and best practice case studies on healthcare PPP
