We are unique: many of our staff have extensive private sector consulting experience with worldclass firms combined with public health expertise, real on-the-ground implementation experience and an extensive network of relationships and contacts in the developing world. • Created the vision, strategy and business plan for Virgin Unite (Richard Branson’s Foundation) to implement a center for disease control for South Africa and the region
• Designed a new corporate initiative for a major pharmaceutical company to conduct management and leadership training in Africa
• Developed a community based healthcare strategy for the Government of China
• Evaluated public-private partnerships under the World Bank’s Treatment Acceleration Program in Burkina Faso along the dimensions of governance, costs, performance, and sustainability
